The
ALGI Advisory Board comprises ALGI executive staff and
independent Advisory Board Members that are broadly representative
of parties significantly concerned with the development
of certification policies, Code of Conduct development
and ethical business practices. The ALGI Advisory Board
meets not less than twice a year to provide oversight
of the ALGI services, making recommendations and providing
advice to ALGI executive staff. In the event of changes
to service policies that may significantly impact clients,
ALGI shall seek appropriate input from its Advisory Board
regarding details of implementation and a schedule for
changes.
