ALGI’s management systems initiative aims to reach an internal commitment with the manufacturer, to self monitor and improve their compliance of social, environmental and ethical standards. As part of our services, we provide the tools to formalize this commitment and translate it into practical programs. At top management levels, we can assure that all leaders are knowledgeable and involved in the company’s policy for social accountability and labor conditions. At middle management levels, we provide the training and instruments that account for every element of compliance in the form of “checklists”, formal systematic documentation of procedures and record of good practices.
