ALGI provides confidential and personalized service; protecting our client’s interests by evaluating the social accountability practices of their partners.

In order to safeguard the confidentiality of information gathered during the assessment and certification processes, ALGI requires all personnel to sign the ALGI Standard Secrecy/Confidentiality/Impartiality Agreement. Access to sensitive information is provided to employees on a need-to-know basis only, to legal authorities -where required by law- and to accreditation bodies, to the extent that such information is required under the accreditation contract. Information gathered during the assessment and certification processes are confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without the written consent of the client and other parties potentially concerned with or affected by such disclosure. ALGI members maintain a strict policy of no tolerance of improper conduct such as offers of bribes, gifts, gratuities or requests to falsify any document.
