Designed for manufacturing companies' in-house staff, this course includes discussion of audits problematic areas such as worker interviewing and ensuring safety from reprisals; analyzing information gathered to generate and implement concrete, practical action plans for factory improvement. If desired, the course can be expanded to cover conducting worker interviews and structuring compliance programs.
