Given the need to implement diversity policies in the workplace to address gender equality, brands and organizations must find ways to employ and empower women at work. This is not only a moral obligation but also a sound business strategy, as their contributions—from diverse perspectives on customer needs and product improvements to the company's overall well-being—drive a better business.
To promote and manage this change in Latin America, the International Labour Organization (ILO) has developed a Master Class on Gender Equality. Over four weeks, participants will develop a holistic understanding of what gender equality means for modern businesses and learn how to implement specific initiatives to improve business performance.
This course is designed for professionals interested in applying HR strategies aligned with international best practices and will be taught entirely in Spanish. Participants will learn how to leverage practical human resources and leadership tools, communication strategies and metrics, and will benefit from networking with a cohort of like-minded peers.
