Inspection Services

Initial Production Check (IPC)

Our IPC service takes place when production is just beginning, typically when 10–20% of it has been completed. This early assessment verifies that raw materials, components, and production setup are aligned with your quality expectations.

During Production Inspection (DUPRO)

Conducted when 20–80% of production is complete, the DUPRO helps maintain consistency and avoid costly surprises.

Final Random Inspection (FRI)

FRI is performed when production is 100% complete and at least 80% of goods are packed. During the process, inspectors randomly sample your goods according to AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards to ensure they’re market ready.

  • Product quantity and assortment.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Loading Supervision (LS)

We oversee the loading process to make sure the right products are packed safely, correctly, and securely into containers or trucks.

  • Packaging and labeling match the shipping documents.
