ALGI has been closely monitoring developments concerning the coronavirus pandemic and we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, as well as our clients, while trying to prevent any potential impact on business.
During the month of February, all our China operations were put on hold following government recommendations of isolation of our employees. Since the beginning of March, we have gradually started to return to normal operations in China, implementing practices that minimize public contact.
Since March 16th , all staff located in Europe and the Americas, including headquarters, are working from home. We suspended auditing activities in the Americas for the next weeks as many countries in the region are facing lock downs. We will constantly be evaluating the situation and we will work with clients to reschedule any activities that have been postponed, as soon as the situation allows it in a manner that is safe for our staff and the facilities.
Updated March 23rd: Due to outbreak of Coronavirus in Pakistan, preventive measures taken by the local Government requires that ALGI Pakistan office remains close at least until April 5th.
