With the international economy and trade increases dramatically, corporate social responsibility is no longer a new topic. Since the outbreak of the COVID 19, enterprises have to face with many unstable factors under the pandemic, but at the same time, they have to deal with the impacts come along with a not fully recovered economy.

How can small and medium-sized enterprises in China make good use of their existing capabilities to respond to the social responsibility security requirement from their foreign  buyers?
